Shipping & Tracking
Once your order has been placed and processed, you will receive a confirmation email with your order details. This email will include a tracking number and a link to our tracking page.
Click on the tracking number link or enter the tracking number into our tracking page.
Tracking information may not show movement immediately, as it may have a number processed but still be waiting for carrier pickup. All carriers pick up daily from us. If you don't see any updates right away, please be patient and check back later.
We’re sorry your item(s) have damage! We’ll do our best to help.
Please email our team at [email protected] with an image of your damaged item for further assistance. Don't throw the box away, please include images of that as well.
While we may not be able to guarantee your exact order is replaced due to potential stock issues, we’ll be sure to resolve the situation as best we can!
If no one was home at the time of delivery, the carrier will leave the package in a safe location.
Be sure to check around your home and with neighbors/building management who may have collected the package for you.
Also, please double-check the shipping address of your order (in the order confirmation email) to ensure it’s headed to the right location.
On some occasions, packages may be marked as delivered but take additional time to arrive.
If you still are unable to locate the package, please reach out to the carrier first, using the tracking number and explain the situation to them. Often they can reach out to the local driver and find out what happened to it. We are miles away and don't know the locals.

Yes, we do offer expedited shipping for domestic orders only. If you choose 2nd Day or Next Day and it is before 10AM Mountain Time, we will do our very best to get your order out that day if the items are in stock. If they are not, we will certainly contact you so please be sure to set up an account using your cell phone # in case we have to reach out.
Please keep in mind that order processing can take up to 24-48 hours, and we do not ship on weekends or holidays.
We unfortunately cannot afford to do so. We do subsidize shipments using our flat rate shipping (the actual cost is generally higher than what we charge).
Delivery times vary depending on the destination and the shipping method selected. For items in stock it generally takes us 24 hours to process an order.
We're sorry to say that due to fraudulent credit card scammers, we no longer ship worldwide.
Please visit one of our dealers / resellers that handle international shipment.
Ordering, Returns, Refunds
Orders can be canceled, please call us during business hours asap. If it has already shipped we cannot cancel it.
You will receive confirmation of your cancellation if we’re able to make it happen.
If you have already received an order confirmation email, it may be impossible to cancel your order. However, you can always return it once your order arrives (you are responsible for return shipping).
We can often make changes to an existing order as long as it has not shipped. Please contact our customer service team immediately after placing your order.
Please contact us ASAP at 970-292-6750. Please include your name and order number if you have it. We're not always at our desks as all of us work in the shop so please be patient.
If the order already shipped we can't get it back. If your order has already been shipped, please refer to our return policy for further instructions.
We are sorry to hear you received the wrong item in your order! Please report your order issue to our team via email at [email protected] for further assistance.
If you could include a photo of the item received and the name of the missing item(s) that would be terrific. Please double-check the package for any notes or packing slips that indicate your other item(s) were shipped separately. Some shipments will be in more than one box.

Returns must be initiated within 10 days of receiving your order. Items must be unused and in the original packaging.
Return by mail
Reach out to our customer support team at [email protected] to initiate the return process with your order number and details about the item you wish to return. Unless an item is defective or a mis-shipment you are responsible for return shipping.
Refund process
Upon receiving the returned item, we will inspect it to ensure it meets our return policy criteria. If the return is approved, a refund will be processed to the original payment method.
Non-Returnable items
Certain items may not be eligible for return due to final sale, or other reasons. These items will be clearly marked on the product page.
Once your return has been received and processed, you will be notified via email when the refund has been issued.
Please allow up to 7 business days for the refund to reflect in your account.
Yes, we offer refunds and exchanges within 10 days of purchase. To be eligible for a refund or exchange, items must be returned in their original unused condition, with all tags and packaging intact. Please note that any products used, dirty, or scratched are not eligible.
For returns or exchanges, please contact our customer support at [email protected]. Refunds will be processed to the original payment method within 7 days of receiving the returned item. Please allow time for the refund to hit your account, that can add up to several days from the time we process the refund.
To apply a promo or discount code:

Product Q&A
YES! You do have to flip it around as the Ruger 22 isn't wearing the same handguard as its bigger brothers.
Those are for writing your load info on. Use a Sharpie, not dry erase as that comes off too easy. To remove the Sharpie, just use isopropyl / rubbing alcohol.
My bag exploded, your product failed!
We get this from someone about twice a year. It's from a customer shooting off one of our bags with their muzzle (brake or bare, rifle or pistol) resting right on the bag. A couple shots later, and the top of the bag is destroyed. Pictures coming soon of prime examples.
This is not covered under warranty.
During installation make sure the product is fully seated into the Ckyepod. The shoulder of our stainless steel peg should rest against the brass part in the Ckyepod assembly. If not, it's unsupported and could bend - and you're clearly stronger than us. If this happens to you email us a pic of the bent peg to [email protected] and we'll help you out.
We can salvage the buckle from your belt if it's in good shape and you really want us to. Please open a support ticket and we can get the process started.
Just a heads up the FSR / Front Sight Picatinny Rail is a gunsmith fit item. We make them fit tight on a Colt pattern front sight, so there may be a few out there that need the pin hole slightly enlarged (use a 1/8 drill and run it though with the FSR in place).
Other manufacturers such as Windham and especially Ruger, have deviated from the standard front sight bayonet mount. The FSR is not compatible with Ruger. With Windham, they left off two chamfers at the front face of their lug, and some of their lugs have an angle on the back face vs. 90 degree cuts. See this picture of a standard Colt pattern:

The solution is to adjust the rear angle cut of the Windham to be similar to the Colt above. Also the ears on the left of the image may need adjustment as some of them bottom out early in the FSR. If you have questions call us.
